As 2024 comes to a close, we reflect on the significant achievements we’ve shared with our clients and partners. We’ve welcomed Ben Twomey as our new CEO, bringing fresh leadership and vision to WebFM and OmTrak. His appointment signifies our commitment to strategic growth and reinforcing strong industry relationships.
Our expansion into the Middle East, under the leadership of Brett Hulyer, has been a significant milestone. It is driving innovation and establishing new benchmarks in construction management throughout the UAE. This initiative is improving project handovers and increasing transparency, leading to better outcomes.
Throughout the year, we’ve introduced updates to our OmTrak solutions, improving usability and streamlining workflows to support successful project deliveries across Australia, New Zealand, and the Middle East.
Our client evenings and presentations throughout the year have been instrumental in fostering industry collaboration and knowledge sharing. These events provided a platform for industry professionals to network, exchange ideas, and explore how OmTrak can streamline project delivery and reduce complexities.
The client evenings were well-attended, creating a relaxed atmosphere for meaningful discussions and the exchange of experiences. These gatherings not only strengthened relationships but also allowed participants to gain insights into best practices and innovative solutions.
Most recently, Stuart Smith presented at an event with Engineers Australia, highlighting the crucial role of project governance in the commissioning and handover of infrastructure. By demonstrating how establishing a governance framework early in a project ensures better coordination and smoother transitions from project delivery to asset management, Stuart illustrated how governance minimizes risks and leads to improved outcomes for stakeholders.
Through these engagements, we have reaffirmed our dedication to enhancing industry standards and supporting our clients in achieving excellence in their projects.
