Besix Watpac were chosen to construct Natura Macquarie Park. The apartments are Located in northern Sydney 25 minutes from the CBD and close to shops, trains and Macquarie University.

The development includes the construction of two 21-storey towers. A total of 334 luxury one, two, three, and four-bedroom apartments will be delivered, along with retail tenancy on the ground floor and four levels of basement car parking.

With the project overlooking the Shrimptons Creek Riparian Corridor, the precinct will extend these natural surrounds by offering 7,000 square metres of landscaped communal gardens.
