SUMMARY
The University of the Sunshine Coast engaged Hansen Yuncken to complete the design and construction of three-storey $107 million Moreton Bay Foundation Building at Petrie.
The building features a stunning 460-seat internal amphitheatre, a large lecture theatre, multi-purpose rooms, student centre, library, food and beverage spaces and multi-deck car park.
There’s $15 million of tech built into the precinct, including a thermodynamics laboratory, nursing simulation rooms, robotics facilities, and a large ‘superlab’ for chemical experiments.
