SUMMARY
Charter Hall’s Premier Industrial Development in Smithfield, Woodpark Road. Acquired in 2014, the 5.3 ha site at 386-400 Woodpark Road, Smithfield is being redeveloped from a car storage and processing facility into a premier logistics estate that will serve as a distribution hub for three well known retailers.
Richard Crookes Constructions undertook the design and construction works of the redevelopment, completed in 2021. The facility has been designed to accommodate storage operations and includes 18 recessed docks and a maximum internal warehouse clearance of 13.7 metres. The facility includes a 35 metre hardstand with awning.
